Outside of his real estate career, Jon loves spending time with his wife and two kids. He's an avid surfer, skater, and fisherman. Additionally, Jon works with a non-profit organization he founded called "Upward Intuition." This organization played a pivotal role in bringing the Blake Doyle Skatepark to fruition in Downtown Pensacola, the first phase of a larger linear park that will benefit the local community for years to come.

Mic James
Realtor®

Mic grew up in Milton, just outside of Pensacola, and has been helping people buy and sell homes in the area for nearly 10 years. He and Jon met through their shared love of skateboarding and fundraising for the Blake Doyle Skatepark and have been a solid real estate duo ever since.

Mic goes to bat for his clients on every deal. Whether it’s lining up inspections, repairs, or negotiating with vendors, he makes sure the job gets done right, at a fair price, and on time. Over the years, he’s built a go-to list of trusted vendors who deliver quality work—so his clients don’t have to stress about the details.

When he’s not showing homes or working on deals, you’ll probably find him cruising around the Blake Doyle Skatepark, working on his motorcycle, or watching the Celtics. If you ever want to talk real estate—or just grab a coffee—Mic’s always down to meet up (and he probably knows the best spot).

Hannah grew up in Pace, FL, and has always considered the Gulf Coast home. After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi, she jumped into real estate as an admin at Levin Rinke Realty, where she got her start and fell in love with the industry.

In 2017, she and her husband, Zach, moved to Tampa, where she joined Smith & Associates Real Estate. During her time there, she gained valuable experience, especially in the world of compliance and behind-the-scenes operations.

The two made their way back to Pensacola in the summer of 2024, and soon after, she joined The Shell Group as Operations Director. These days, she wears a lot of hats — from managing transactions and keeping the office running smoothly to helping out with social media and marketing.

When she’s not keeping everything on track at The Shell Group, you’ll probably find her and Zach checking out a local brewery, relaxing at the beach, or hanging out with their dog, Hooper, and their cat, Stevie Nicks.
